The Epic Chase for Justice

Daily Prompt: A to Z
Create a short story, piece of memoir, or epic poem that is 26 sentences long, in which the first sentence begins with “A” and each sentence thereafter begins with the next letter of the alphabet.

Arrest that man!

Bastard stole from me!

Coward is in his getaway car!

Drive faster, taxi driver, faster!

Exit unto that ramp toward 75 South!

Florida! He’s heading for Florida!

Gadzooks, watch out for that semi!

He’s driving toward that town!

Idiot, we almost lost him!

Just park the car right there!

Keep the change, driver!

Losing sight of him over these pedestrians!

Move! Move! Move!

No way is he going to get away from me!

Officers! Arrest that thief!

Pedal faster, bicycle cop!

Quik Stop, he is heading there!

Running, I’m so tired of running!

Surround him in the parking lot!

Take him down!

Unluckiest day of HIS life!

Vermin shouldn’t have messed with me!

What did he steal from me?

Xerox this man’s picture everywhere!

Young punk stole this from me:

Zaxby’s meal… Their food is expensive but damn is the chicken good.
