    • My ex had celiac too. Since I was the baker, it was interesting baking bread out of rice and potato flour. I’m glad there is more awareness about gluten intolerance and the need for gluten-free meals.

      • Yeah. I’m thinking there needs to be a fully celiac friendly restaurant where everything on the menu is safe.. And I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy..
